In this adaptation of the Hans Christian Andersen classic, a young boy, housebound due to a perceived illness and a concerned mother, imagines an adventure for his toys. When a unique Tin Soldier becomes captivated by a paper Ballerina and attracts the ire of a nefarious Jack-in-the-box, he is forced into a series of incredible adventures, including encounters with runaway soldiers, a school of fish, and a water rat, that will change his life forever, and help him learn the importance of stepping outside of one's comfort zone.
