American Skin
American Skin is a Pop/Rock Music Edit musical about DJ, a bigoted young man, and his two racist friends HYDE and RALPHIE. They take a wild joy ride through Coney Island stirring up trouble. They suddenly crash their car and later get chased by the cops. They head towards a Coney Island Side Show that looks partly dream-like and partly real. The boys come face to face with real-life figures who had been killed because of the color of their skin. (Trayvon Martin, Viola Liuzzo, Vincent Chin, Jose Campos Torres). They must atone for their microaggressions or forever be stuck in a rock n roll purgatory.
